Dr. Ron Martinelli Retained As Police Practices Expert for NV Attorney General's Office
The Nevada Attorney General's Office has just retained forensic criminologist and Federal/State Courts police/corrections practices expert Dr. Ron Martinelli as their police practices expert.

Dr. Ron Martinelli, CEO and director of Martinelli & Associates, Justice & Forensic Consultants, Inc. of Temecula (CA) announced today that M&A, Inc. and the Monterey Co. Sheriff's Department have developed a strategic partnership that will allow the agency to sponsor M&A, Inc. in producing the nation's first non-manufacturer driven Electronic Control Weapon's Instructor Course.
The two-day CA-POST certified instructor development course will certify instructors to teach end-users from their departments in the use of Electronic Control Weapons (ECW's) including the TASER product line. The only other ECW course in the U.S. is produced by TASER, International of Scottsdale, AZ.
Dr. Martinelli will be joined by Sgt. Ed Flosi, who currently supervises the Use of Force Training Unit of the San Jose (CA) Police Department. Both instructors are certified TASER and Use of Force instructors, Certified Forensic Analysts, Excited Delirium instructors and court qualified police practices experts.
The two-day ECW Instructor Course will cover all aspects of ECWs including the TASER product line; as well as all of the critical components of ECW force not covered in TASER International's three-day instructor course. M&A, Inc. will certify new instructors and their instructor recertification course will only be one day of training as compared to TASER's two-day recertification course.
